Guarantee Policy:
All reservations must be guaranteed before arrival with full payment.
Payment expected within 7 days after reservation to secure booking.
Payment can be made via direct payment into our bank account or mobile money transfer.
The resort will not hold any reservation unless secured by the above methods.
Cancellations Policy:
Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid any charges.
Cancellation within same day of the same day of the arrival date, or no-show – Guest forfeits 50% of
the rate.
Cancellation within 24 hours prior to arrival date – Guest forfeits 20% of the rate.
Damage to Resort Property
If a guest, their guests or someone for whom they are responsible for, loses or damages Resort
property, they are responsible for such loss or damage.
Smoking Policy:
The Resort prohibits smoking in all enclosed areas without exception. Restaurants, stairs, washrooms,
and any other enclosed facilities or areas are included here. You are only permitted to smoke in
designated smoking areas or on the terrace of your unit.
Children
In all cases, children, who are younger than 18 years of age or, depending on the Resort’s policy, must
be accompanied by an adult and must be supervised by an adult at all times while at the Resort. In no
case is the resort responsible for children left on their own.
Parking
The Resort has its own car park. Cars and their contents are left at the owner’s/ customer’s own risk.
Our company does not assume responsibility for any damage or loss to any vehicle or its contents,
either internal or external.
General Policy:
A person violating the Resort’s zero tolerance policy may be refused entry or denied service, or
ejected, while on the Resort’s premises, if: they behave in an intoxicated or disorderly manner,
damage Resort property or disrupt the general peace, or refuse to pay or are unable to pay.
The Resort will not allow non-registered visitors to use its facilities and may limit the number of
people allowed in an individual guest unit.
The person who causes damage to the Resort or any property in the Resort, intentionally or
negligently, shall be held liable for all damages sustained by the Resort staff, including revenue loss
resulting from inability to rent or lease units while the damage is being repaired.
